Bishkek, Oct. 2, 2017 / Kabar/. President Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Ratification of the Agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border, signed on September 5, 2017 in Bishkek," the press service of the Kyrgyz President reported.
The law was passed by the Jogorku Kenesh on September 28, 2017.
The purpose of the Agreement is to clarify and determine the progress of the state border line between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
Thus, 1 thousand 170.53 km of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border described.
The law comes into force from the date of its official publication.
