Bishkek, March 28 / Kabar /. Athletes from Kyrgyzstan won 5 medals at the Sambo Cup "Anatoly Kharlampiev Memorial" in Russia, the press service of the State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
The World Cup was held from 23 to 25 March in Moscow. 200 Sambo fighters from 28 countries took part in the tournament. 12 sportsmen represented Kyrgyzstan.
"As a result of the competition, members of the national team of the Kyrgyz Republic in sports and combat sambo won 2 silver and 3 bronze medals," the press service said.
