Bishkek, Jan.30, 2020. /Kabar/. An automated system for registering a legal entity works in Kyrgyzstan. The project is fully operational throughout the republic, Marat Dzhamankulov, the Justice Minister told reporters.
He said justice subdivisions in the regions are represented only at oblast level, but not at level of regions.
For registration as a legal entity, a citizen must have a computer, a biometric passport and a passport reader.
"According to the legislation, commercial organizations are considered within three days. If all documents meet the requirements, they will be registered. If they do not meet the requirements, they are contacted online, explained everything and the registration procedure is repeated," explained the justice minister.
Note that, the electronic signature in this case will be used from the biometric passport.
