Bishkek, Feb. 20 / Kabar /. Two children were killed in an avalanche in Chon-Alai region of Osh oblast, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
On Sunday at 05:30am an avalanche covered the two houses and a barn in Jash-Tilek village. There were 6 people in each house. Rescuers together with local residents were able to save all people from the first house, but could not save all the member of the second family. Two children of 2007 and 2006 birth were killed.
10 people have been hospitalized.
In addition, 42 livestock were killed, when an avalanche covered a barn.
