“On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I cordially congratulate you and your people on the holy holiday of Ramadan, which praises the highest values of Islam, spiritual purity and goodwill. I take this opportunity and wish you good health, success in your work, peace and prosperity for the fraternal Kyrgyz Republic,” says the congratulatory telegram.
