Bishkek, Nov. 18, 2021 . / Kabar / . Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov received a delegation of the Kingdom of Bahrain headed by President of Riyada Group Shaikha Dheya, the press service of the Cabinet said.
Cabinet Chairman Zhaparov stressed Kyrgyzstan is interested in further developing bilateral cooperation with Bahrain, and the countries have great potential to expand bilateral trade, economic and investment cooperation.
President of the Riyada Group of Companies Shaikha Dheya noted the readiness of the Bahraini side to establish and develop cooperation in areas such as pharmaceuticals, finance, the use of blockchain technology.
She also informed that the company offers to promote the system of control of medicines, which will allow to establish control over the turnover and circulation of pharmaceutical products in the country.
The introduction of this system will ensure transparency in Kyrgyzstan’s pharmaceutical market turnover and completely prevent the penetration of counterfeit drugs.
In addition, the sides discussed the development of cooperation in investment, trade and economic spheres, agriculture, energy, health and tourism.
