Ballet dancer from Kyrgyzstan wins Grand Prix at competition in St. Petersburg

Bishkek, Jan. 8, 2019. /Kabar/. A student of the Bishkek Choreographic School named after Bazarbayev, ballet dancer Yasmin Dzhanbotoeva won the Grand Prix at the contest-festival in St. Petersburg in the nomination "Solo 14-17 years.", the press service of the school reported.

“I won thanks to my teachers Aida Anatolievna Akhmadalieva, Natalia Alexandrovna Aksenova and, of course, my mother. I am very grateful to them,” Dzhanbotoeva told, receiving the award.

From January 4 to 8, a children's and youth competition of classic and contemporary dance is held in St. Petersburg, in which students of Bazarbayev Bishkek Choreographic School are taking part.

The founders of this event are the International Union of Choreographers, the School of Classical Ballet named after Dolgushin and BEAUTIFUL ART Creative Association with the support of the Committee on Youth Policy of St. Petersburg, the Foundation for the Preservation and Development of Classical Ballet named after Vinogradov and St. Petersburg Academic Theater named after Jacobson.
