Bishkek, March 2, 2022 . / Kabar /. At the initiative of the Turkish side, Minister of Defense of Kyrgyzstan Baktybek Bekbolotov held a bilateral meeting with Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar in Ankara.
During the meeting, the sides discussed major issues of defense cooperation and identified steps for their further implementation, the press service of the Kyrgyz Defense Ministry reported.
Currently, cooperation between the two countries is carried out in such areas as military training, peacekeeping activities, and military medicine.
