Names of best athletes and sportsmen of Kyrgyzstan were announced on the stage of the Satylganov Philharmonic.

- Nurbek Aliyev (Arm Wrestling);
- Gulzada Kaligul kyzy (track and field athletics).
On national sports:
- Eldiyar Seksenbayev (Kyrgyz belt wrestling).
On Olympic sports:
- Ulukbek Zholdoshbekov (freestyle wrestling);
- Aisuluu Tynybekova (female wrestling).
On non-Olympic sports:
- Avazbek Amanbekov (kickboxing).
Best Kok-Boru sportsmen -Manas Niyazov (Dostuk team).
Best grappler - Abdurakhman Murtazaliyev (Kyrgyzstan Top Team).
Breakthrough of the year - Nuradin Rustambek uulu (boxing).
Team of the year - the national volleyball team of the republic.
The organizers determined Boobek Totoshev (hand-to-hand fight) coach of 2019, the best federation - Grappling Federation and Kyrgyz Kurash, the best patron - Raiymbek Matraimov.
Dastan Zhakeyev, who suffered a serious injury during the Kok-Boru competition, was awarded a special award by the founder of the prize.
