Bishkek Drama Theatre performs successfully at III Int’l Theatre Festival in Kazakhstan

Bishkek, Oct.21, 2019 /Kabar/. The Bishkek City Drama Theatre named after Umuraliyev performed successfully at the III International Festival of Theatres named after Khadzhiyev, which was held on Oct. 15-19 in Jezkazgan, Kazakhstan, the press service of the Theatre reported.

The Theatre actors won the nomination “Best Actor's Ensemble”, and actress of the Theatre Abdusalam kyzy Jainagul was awarded the prize “Best Supporting Actress”.

The Festival's goal is to develop the theatrical art, strengthen creative ties and discover new names in the theatrical world. It is dedicated to the memory of honored worker of Kazakhstan, one of the founders of the Jezkazgan Theatre, director Zhanat Khadzhiyev.

The Bishkek Theatre presented the work of stage director Tatyana Zakharova "Sforzando" to the audience and international critics.
