Bishkek hosts celebration of Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Sept. 1, 2023. /Kabar/. The 32nd anniversary of the Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic was celebrated in Bishkek.

According to the information of the capital city’s Mayor's Office, a concert with the participation of Kyrgyz pop artists was organized on Ala-Too Square from 19:00 to 00:00.

Citizens on behalf of President Sadyr Zhaparov were congratulated by First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev, Mayor of Bishkek Emilbek Abdykadyrov, Chairman of the Bishkek City Council Kuvanychbek Kongantiev.

Emilbek Abdykadyrov in his congratulatory speech assured the citizens that the situation in Bishkek would change for the better in the shortest possible time.

“I am convinced that together we all manage to make our beloved Bishkek more beautiful and comfortable. By joining forces, we will be able to maintain peace, tranquility and order in our beautiful city,” the mayor said.
