Bishkek, Oct.25, 2019. /Kabar/. “Organization and Negotiation With Terrorists in Cases of Hostage-Taking” conference took place in Bishkek on Oct.22-25.
The conference was held for law enforcement officials, the press service of the Kyrgyz State Agency for National Security (SANS) said.
The event was organized by Kyrgyzstan’s SANS with the support of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek.
The conference was attended by specialists from the All-Russian Institute for Advanced Training of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Krasnodar University of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
During the three-day training session, participants were given the opportunity to exchange experiences and improve their knowledge of combating international terrorism.
The conference was held in a business and constructive atmosphere.
