Bishkek hosts Iranian Film Week

Bishkek, June 11, 2024. /Kabar/. Bishkek residents are invited to a free screening of Iranian films.

The cultural representative office at the Iranian Embassy in Kyrgyzstan said that Iranian Film Week will be held as part of the second Bishkek International Film Festival.

The film festival will take place on June 11-15.

As part of the event, viewers will be shown 5 films by Iranian directors for free.

12 June:

-13:30 — “Without a prior agreement” (2022), directed by Behrouz Shoaibi;

June 13:

- 10:30 — “Captain” (2023), directed by Mohammad Hamzei;

- 13:00 - “My second year at the faculty” (2019), director Rasul Sadyr Ameli;

June 14:

- 10:30 — “Dolphin Boy” animated film (2022), director Mohammad Khairandish, Andrei Gogolev;

- 13:30 - “Girl Squad” (2022), directed by Monir Geidi.
