Bishkek, June 17, 2019 /Kabar/ The sixth round of the Kyrgyzstan open table tennis championship was held in Bishkek on June 16, Alisher Yakupbayev, the senior trainer of the Table Tennis Association of Kyrgyzstan said.
72 athletes from Kyrgyzstan’s towns took part in the competition. “The tournament consists of ten rounds, which results in December to identify the winner and medalists. Athletes are divided into leagues. All participants in this tournament get points on the results of each round, which will determine the distribution of prizes after the final tenth round,” he said.
Zakiryan Abdulayev performed in the Major League without defeat. Second place was taken by Mikhail Beloglazov. Mederbek Kudaibergenov closed the top three strongest athletes.
The seventh round will be held on September 1.
