Bishkek, March 31, 2021 / Kabar /. A round table "Discussion of the new edition of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic: a new look at the Basic Law" is being held in Bishkek.
The discussion is attended by members of the Constitutional Council, leading experts, political scientists, professors of the capital's universities.
The round table is dedicated to the draft Constitution submitted to the referendum on April 11, 2021 and the constitutional processes in the Kyrgyz Republic. The participants also discuss the importance of the upcoming referendum for the formation of the legal framework and sustainable development of the country.
Political scientist, Doctor of Historical Sciences Zainidin Kurmanov speaking at the event said that changing the Constitution will establish political stability in the country.
“Changing the Constitution is just one serious attempt to change our country for the better,” he added.
