Bishkek mayor and head of Sakha Republic discuss co-op in smart urban management

Bishkek, Dec. 2, 2024. /Kabar/. Bishkek Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev met with head of Sakha Republic Aisen Nikolayev.

The Mayor's Office reported that they discussed current issues of developing interregional cooperation between Bishkek and the cities of the Sakha Republic.

In particular, in the automation of road traffic, including the use of smart traffic lights and video surveillance, as well as the creation of situation centers for managing urban infrastructure, in the cultural and humanitarian sphere, in the field of education and sports, the report said.

The sides expressed their readiness to exchange experience in the field of urban management, transport infrastructure and ecology.
