Bishkek, Mar. 6, 2019. /Kabar/. Mayor of the capital Aziz Surakmatov met Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kyrgyz Republic Valery Zhovtenko and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to the Kyrgyz Republic Alok Amitabh Dimri, Bishkek Mayor’s Office reported.
During Valery Zhovtenko’s visit, installation of a monument to Taras Shevchenko in Bishkek and development of cooperation between the two capitals were discussed.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to the Kyrgyz Republic Alok Amitabh Dimri paid a courtesy visit, during which the mayor of the capital noted the existing cooperation between Bishkek city administration and the Embassy of India in the Kyrgyz Republic in the socio-cultural sphere.
