In the last 24 hours, 97 cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Bishkek, of which 71 cases were confirmed laboratory and 26 – clinically and epidemiologically, head of the City Health Department of the Bishkek Mayor’s Office Baktygul Ismailova said Thursday at a briefing.
According to her, 3 thousand 355 cases of COVID-19 were registered in the capital since the beginning of the year, and 3 thousand 920 contacted persons were taken under home quarantine, 3 thousand 94 of them have already been removed in connection with the expiration of the quarantine.
As of today, a total of 1,239 people are under medical supervision, including 370 people with PCR-positive analysis.
Thus, 11 mobile teams are functioning to monitor citizens in home isolation.
In addition, there are 3 hospitals in the capital where 435 beds are available for patients with COVID-19.
"There are currently 264 people in hospitals," Baktygul Ismailova added.
164 new cases of coronavirus were registered across Kyrgyzstan in the last 24 hours, as well as 88 more recoveries and 1 new death.
