Bishkek, Feb. 1, 2024. /Kabar/. The ropeway over Bishkek is planned to be built jointly with the Swiss company Bartholet Swiss, the press service of the capital’s mayor’s office reported.
On January 30, Mayor of Bishkek Aibek Dzhunushaliev met with President of this company, Roland Bartholet, in the Swiss city of Flumus. As a result of the negotiations, the parties signed a framework agreement on cooperation between the Bishkek Mayor’s Office and Bartholet Swiss, and also approved a plan for the implementation of the ropway system project in Bishkek.
The press service said that that this is an important step in the development of urban infrastructure, which will provide modern and efficient transport solutions for residents and visitors of the city.
Bartholet Swiss is a world leader in ropeway systems.
