Bishkek, Dec. 16, 2021. / Kabar /. The Bishkek Mayor's office will create 30 thousand jobs next year, head of the Economy and Finance of the Central Office of the capital’s Mayor’s Office Adilet Maldybaev told during a briefing on Thursday.
He added that a slight decline in the capital's economy was observed in 2019, but now the situation has stabilized.
"Bishkek is experiencing economic growth. And next year it is planned to open more than 30 thousand jobs in the capital in the individual and private spheres," said Maldybaev.
In addition, the head of the department said that work is also being done to bring businesses out of the shadows. Thus, a new tax code has been developed, the work of tax administration is being strengthened.
"Such work is carried out every year. First of all, we take information from Severelektro (leading power supply organization of Kyrgyzstan) and conduct an inspection. No energy can be wasted in an empty building," Maldybaev noted.
