Bishkek, Dec. 22, 2021 . / Kabar /. Mayor of Bishkek Aibek Dzhunushaliyev held a video conference with Mayor of Qingdao (PRC) Zhao Haozhi, Ambassador of China to Kyrgyzstan Du Dewen and Kyrgyz Ambassador to China Kanaiym Baktygulova.
The press service of the capital’s Mayor’s Office reported that during the virtual meeting, an agreement was signed on the establishment of twinning relations between the cities of Bishkek and Qingdao.
"The mayor noted that the agreement will serve as a qualitative start for further comprehensive and mutually beneficial cooperation based on mutual respect, friendship and full support of each other," the report reads.
In turn, the Qingdao mayor noted that this year's event "Cooperation between friendly cities to create a common future" jointly organized online conference on: “Trade and Economic Cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and China”, an online conversation on medical cooperation Qingdao-Bishkek.
Zhao Haozhi also expressed the hope that both sides will make efforts to establish a dialogue, strengthen and achieve fruitful results of friendly cooperation.
