Bishkek to host international congress on women's health

Bishkek, Aug. 11, 2023. / Kabar /. The first international congress on endoscopic surgery "Gynecology without Borders" will be held in Bishkek on August 18-19, the head of the oncogynecology department of the National Center for Oncology and Hematology Nurbek Bukuev said.

The event will be held with the participation of leading gynecologists-endoscopists of Kyrgyzstan, as well as from countries near and far abroad: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. Experts will present and discuss the latest global trends in the development of diagnostics and treatment of gynecology. Participants of the Congress "Gynecology without Borders" will be able to learn from practical experience and exchange views on exciting issues.

More than a hundred doctors from all regions of the republic will also take part in the congress.

The purpose of the event is to increase the level of knowledge and awareness in the field of women's health. The congress program is also focused on online broadcasting from the operating room, where in practice, well-known surgeons from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan will perform unique laparoscopic operations by saving the uterus and surgery without an incision for cancer of the uterine body.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Center of Oncology and Hematology under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training.

A steady increase in diseases associated with endometriosis continues throughout the world. These include endometriosis of the ovaries, genital organs, as well as extraorganic lesions and endometrial cancer.
