Bishkek to host international exhibition of food industry "UzFood 2021"

Bishkek, March 16, 2021 / Kabar /. The 20th anniversary international exhibition "Foodstuffs, ingredients and production technologies - UzFood 2021" will be held in Bishkek at the National Exhibition Company (NEC) UzExpoCentre from 28 to 30 April 2021.

The Bishkek Mayor’s Office said that the exhibition will feature the following main sections: meat and poultry, dairy products, confectionery, groceries, drinks, food ingredients, food processing equipment, bakery, packaging materials and equipment.

“In addition, a Retail Center will be organized, where participants are able to talk with representatives of retail chains of ready-made food products.

More than 100 companies from countries of the world have confirmed their participation in the exhibition: Austria, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Germany, India, Indonesia, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Belarus, the Republic of Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, USA, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, France and others.

The exhibition will be held in compliance with all norms and requirements for health safety established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the WHO, the report said.
