Bishkek to host large-scale blood collection campaign

Bishkek, June 14, 2019. /Kabar/. Bishkek will host the Safe Blood for All large-scale blood collection campaign, the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The Health Ministry will hold the campaign with the support of the National Red Crescent Society of Kyrgyzstan.

"The theme of this year's World Blood Donor Day is “Safe Blood for All”. The campaign urges people around the world to become donors and donate blood regularly, as this is a guarantee of ensuring a stable and sufficient supply of blood at the national level for all patients who receive blood transfusions”, the press service of the Ministry of Health said.
