Bishkek, July 15, 2020. /Kabar/. Bishkek volunteers managed to save a man who almost passed out due to shortness of breath. The video appeared on social networks.
It is reported that the incident occurred the night before on one of the streets in the capital.
"The man felt bad. Passers-by called volunteers from the Initiative Youth Center. Volunteers came with an oxygen concentrator and connected the man to the machine in time," the message said.
