As part of the opening, the first burger made in the Black Star Burger in Bishkek was sold at auction for $ 2,000. A guest from Dubai became the lucky winner of the first burger.

The restaurant begins its history from September 16, 2016. The company was opened by businessman Yury Levitas jointly with Timati, Pavel Kuryanov and others.
