Bishkek, Feb. 26, 2022 . / Kabar / . Rescuers in Toguz-Toro region of Kyrgyzstan’s Jalal-Abad Oblast found a body of a 24-year-old Kyrgyz man on Saturday at 12:30 a.m.
The press service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the body of the deceased was handed over to police officers.
"The search for other three employees of China Road company, who went missing after an avalanche at km 332 and 338 of the North-South highway, continues," the report said.
Two avalanches occurred on Feb. 14 at 334 and 349 km of the North-South highway.
The first one descended at 12:30 p.m. As a result, Niva vehicle, a truck, an excavator belonging to the company China Road and three workers remained under the avalanche.
In addition, another avalanche occurred at 5:30 p.m. on the same road, where two SUVs were left under it. Three people were also injured, one of them is citizen of China.
