Bishkek, March 30 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree according to which Otunbaev Bolot Isakovich, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation, has been appointed the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Finland in conjunction with the residence in the city of Moscow of the Russian Federation, the President’s press service reported.
