Bishkek, Aug. 23, 2021. / Kabar /. The presentation of the book "We are Kyrgyz" ("Biz Kyrgyzdar") took place in the National Library of Kyrgyzstan.
The book was written in the genre of a monograph by a state and public figure, diplomat, doctor of political sciences Zhumagul Saadanbekov and is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The monograph “We are Kyrgyz” by Saadanbekov is the result of his intellectual work, which is devoted to the analysis of the ethnic, religious, linguistic and sub-ethnic identity of the Kyrgyz and is shown in the context of the evolution of the life of a relatively small Kyrgyz people.
The author presents the history of the national identity of the Kyrgyz, starting from the traditional nomadic society, staying within the Russian Empire and the Soviet period to the existence of the Kyrgyz under the conditions of independence.
The publication also noted the development of mechanisms, institutions and values of intra-Kyrgyz integration, which is a task no less important than the construction of institutions of state power or the design of foreign policy.
Saadanbekov's monograph "We are Kyrgyz" is of great scientific and educational value for specialists studying the history of Kyrgyzstan, political science, sociology and is intended for a wide range of readers.
