Bishkek, Nov. 17, 2017 / Kabar /. Presentation of the book "Zhusup Mamai Babamdan Bayan" was held at the National Library named after Alykul Osmonov in Bishkek, the press service of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The book is devoted to the life of the great Manas narrator and written by his great-grandson Turgunaali Zhusup Mamai tegin, who became a direct witness of wisdom and the continuer of the whole life of Zhusup Mamai.
"The book includes stories, works, sayings about the upbringing and morals of Zhusup Mamai, as well as a story about his life's path. The stories included in the book have a profound meaning, and also tell the reader about the human values and traditions of the Kyrgyz people," the announcement reads.
It is noted that the book was published by the Yiman Foundation with the purpose of spiritual enrichment and assistance in raising the moral values of readers.
Sadyk Sher-Niyaz, Roza Otunbayeva, Beksultan Zhakiyev and other famous personalities of Kyrgyzstan took part in the presentation of the book.
