Bishkek, May 6, 2022 . / Kabar /. The border guards of the Border Troops of the State Security Service of Uzbekistan used weapons against three citizens of Kyrgyzstan on May 5 on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek section of the state border in Dobo-Korgon area of Ala-Buka region in Jalal-Abad Oblast.
The press service of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic said that as a result, citizens of Kyrgyzstan A.K., born in 1974, A.Zh., born in 1998. and A.Zh., born in 2000, were wounded and taken to the Ala-Buka regional hospital, where, without regaining consciousness, they died from the bullet wounds they received.
In order to clarify the circumstances of the incident, the border representative of Kyrgyzstan in the Ala-Buka direction immediately held a meeting with the border representative of Uzbekistan.
The sides agreed to continue the meeting on May 6, 2022 following the results of internal investigations.
