Bishkek, Mar. 11, 2019. /Kabar/. A boxer from Kyrgyzstan won the International GeeBee Tournament in Helsinki (Finland), the State Agency for Youth, Physical Education and Sports reported.
97 athletes from 15 countries took part in the competition, held last weekend.
Usenaliev performed in the weight category up to 52 kilograms. The boxer started from the 1/2 finals, where he met the representative of India Sachin Siwach Singh and won with the score of 4:1. In the final, he fought against Kazakhstani Azat Makhmetov. Following the results of three rounds, by a split decision, prize for the victory was awarded to the Kyrgyz athlete.
