Osh, Nov. 21, 2018. /Kabar/. The Business Caravan entrepreneurs forum was held in the cities of Osh and Batken, which was attended by over 400 business representatives.
From 13 to 16 November, more than 50 active entrepreneurs from Bishkek, Talas, Naryn oblasts united to visit cities in the south of the country in 3 days.
On November 16, the Business Caravan was held in the city of Batken with the participation of more than 200 businessmen from Batken oblast and border regions of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The forum included panel discussions, B2B meetings, negotiations, an exhibition of products and services, and exchange of information and contacts.
The same event was held in the city of Osh with the participation of 200 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, where ways to develop and improve business in the regions were discussed.
In addition, trainings were held at the meetings for interested groups of entrepreneurs on the topic of export to European markets and the opportunity of the GSP+ program offers, HACCP food safety, energy efficient technologies and business mediation.
The Business Caravan is an initiative of the JIA Business Association whose main objective is to create a platform for meetings of entrepreneurs from various regions of the Kyrgyz Republic with entrepreneurs from regional centers (Bishkek, Osh) for building partnerships.
