Business center to be build in Bishkek on site of burned-out Prosecutor General's Office

Bishkek, April 4, 2023. / Kabar/. It is planned to build a business center on the site of the burnt building of the Prosecutor General's Office.

The Bishkek Mayor's Office leased the land for 5 years to Shaako firm, project manager Nurbek Bolatbekov told Kabar.

“The firm has held a draft design competition. The competition was won by Rysko LLC together with Center Modulor LLC. On the site of the former Prosecutor General's Office, it is planned to build a modern administrative complex with an area of over 20 thousand square meters. Offices and commercial facilities will be located in the business center over 25 floors,” he said.

Bolatbekov added that the draft design documents would soon be submitted for consideration by the Bishkek Architecture Agency.

The building of the Prosecutor General's Office was burned during mass disorders in April 2010.
