Business delegation from German city of Erfurt to visit Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Jan. 24, 2024 /Kabar/. A business delegation from the German city of Erfurt will visit Kyrgyzstan this spring, the Kyrgyz Embassy in Germany reported.

This agreement was reached on Monday following a meeting between Ambassador Omurbek Tekebaev and General Director of the Erfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Cornelia Haase-Lerch.

During the meeting, the ambassador provided detailed information about the economic potential of Kyrgyzstan and encouraged German companies to invest in Kyrgyzstan.

Cornelia Haase-Lerch briefed about the activities of the Erfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is one of the three Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Federal State of Thuringia, and expressed interest in economic cooperation with Kyrgyzstan, including in the field of training qualified personnel and their employment in Germany.
