Bishkek, March 2, 2024. /Kabar/. A business delegation from Tatarstan will visit Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce reported.
The business delegation of Kyrgyzstan will take part in the XV international economic forum “Russia-Islamic World: Kazan Forum 2024”, which is held from May 17 to 20 in Kazan. There will be an opportunity to establish contacts with business communities from 50 countries.
To prepare for these events, the ministry held a meeting today, following which it was decided to develop a roadmap for cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Tatarstan for 2024-2026. The issue of participation of the business sector of the Kyrgyz Republic in priority areas of the economy will also be worked out, including the halal industry, agriculture, education, business opportunities, investments, industry and tourism.
The Forum is the main platform for economic interaction between the Russian Federation and the states of the Islamic world.
The forum was first held in 2009 and over 15 years has established itself as a leading platform for discussing current issues, implementing joint projects, presenting investment potential and strengthening business ties between Russian companies and partners from Islamic countries.
