Bishkek, March 6, 2020 / Kabar /. Business Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan Robin Ord-Smith met with 36 entrepreneurs of Naryn oblast on March 4, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office said.
The meeting was held in order to increase the legal knowledge of business entities, as well as to protect entrepreneurial activity in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and establish feedback.
During the meeting, the prosecutor's office provided information on the work done to eliminate unjustified interference by government bodies in the activities of business entities, strengthen their legal protection, create a favorable business and investment environment, counteract the manifestations of corruption risks during inspections by authorized bodies and strengthen state discipline in the public administration system.
In turn, Robin Ord-Smith briefed the meeting participants about the activities of the Institute of Business Ombudsman and called for further close cooperation in protecting the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of business entities in the Kyrgyz Republic.
