Bishkek, Nov. 5, 2021. / Kabar / . A business forum “Business Partnership between the European Union and Central Asia” has begun in Bishkek. The event is taking place at the Novotel Hotel within the framework of the First European Union – Central Asia Economic Forum.
Participants of the forum will discuss prospects for the development of green economy, creative industries, as well as investment and trade opportunities for joint cooperation, given the fact that these sectors to date are the means to strengthen ties between the business community of the European Union and Central Asia, providing the mutual interest.
The event will include B2B meetings, as well as an exposition and tourist exhibition.
The business forum is attended by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Aziz Aaliev, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Hungary Peter Szijjarto, Special Representative for Economic Diplomacy in Central Asia of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs Pascal Lorot, representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Adham Ikramov, Deputy Head of Operations at the European Investment Bank Luca Lazzaroli, Managing Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Zsuzsanna Hargitai, heads of state bodies, representatives of international organizations, potential foreign investors, financial institutions, as well as domestic entrepreneurs.
