Bishkek, Jan. 26, 2022 . / Kabar /. During a working trip to Kyrgyzstan’s Osh Oblast, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov familiarized with the project of construction of Uzgen bypass road.
About 35 thousand cars pass per day through the central streets of Uzgenon Bishkek-Uzgen road, including heavy goods vehicles and transit vehicles, resulting in congestion and inconvenience for residents of the town.
At present, the Ministry of Transport and Communications is developing a road construction project with a length of 14 km. The preliminary cost of the project is KGS 800 million.
In addition, the chairman of the Kyrgyz Cabinet got acquainted with the condition of secondary school in the village of Bosko-Zhol, Uzgen region, which is recognized as emergency. 335 pupils study in the school.
Chairman Zhaparov instructed relevant state agencies to prepare design and estimate documentation and start construction work.
