Bishkek, Aug. 29, 2024. / Kabar/. First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev held a meeting dedicated to the country's preparations for the World Expo 2025, which will be held from April 13 to October 13, 2025 in Osaka, Japan.
During the meeting, key aspects of our country's participation in this significant international event were discussed, including the formation of the concept and design of the national pavilion, as well as the organization of cultural and business events.
Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized the importance of EXPO as a platform for demonstrating Kyrgyzstan's achievements in various fields, including innovation, sustainable development and cultural heritage. He noted that participation in the exhibition will provide a unique opportunity to strengthen international ties and attract investors.
"We must be ready to present Kyrgyzstan at a high level as a country with a rich cultural heritage and a dynamically developing economy," said Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The meeting also identified persons responsible for various areas of preparation, and outlined deadlines for completing key tasks.
The meeting concluded with the adoption of a number of decisions aimed at effectively implementing the plan for preparing for EXPO 2025.
