Bishkek, Oct. 28, 2021 . / Kabar /. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov signed a decree on the establishment of the Infosystems state enterprise under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the document, Infosystems has the right to direct the net profit, received at the end of the annual financial and economic activity, for the implementation of the strategic development plan (business plan) in full within three years.
The main objectives of the enterprise are:
1) implementation of state programs and socially-oriented projects of nationwide importance;
2) development and implementation of information systems of state bodies;
3) management of the process of automation of the state bodies;
4) ensuring uninterrupted operation and maintenance of information systems;
5) providing comprehensive information and communication services for business process automation (development, implementation and maintenance of information systems).
