Bishkek, Jan.23, 2020. /Kabar/. The national women’s futsal team of Kyrgyzstan has arrived in Tajikistan and already run a training session, the press service of the Kyrgyz Football Federation reported.
The Kyrgyz team will take part in the first U-19 Girl’s Futsal Championship 2020 of the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA).
The tournament among girls under 19 will be held on Jan.24-29 in Dushanbe.
Six national teams will compete for the title of the strongest team: Tajikistan, Iran, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Afghanistan.
15 matches will be held. The winner will be determined by the highest number of points scored.
Tomorrow, Jan.24 the Kyrgyz team will play against Afghanistan.
In the second round, to be held on Jan. 25, the domestic futsal players will meet with Uzbek representatives, then with Tajikistan, and in the final, fifth round Kyrgyzstan is expected to play against Iran.
