Bishkek, Jan. 9, 2019. /Kabar/. The State Personnel Service (SPS) of Kyrgyzstan is conducting an annual assessment of the activities of state secretaries of state bodies, the press service of the institution reported.
The State Personnel Service organized a meeting with the participation of state secretaries and employees of the personnel management services of state bodies in order to clarify the procedures for assessing the activities of state secretaries.
Moreover, a meeting was held with the participation of members of the Public Council of state bodies as one of the components of the evaluation of state secretaries is public opinion, which is reflected in the assessment of the Public Council.
The evaluation of the activities of state secretaries of state bodies traditionally determines their rating and the results will be presented to the broad public.
State secretary of a state body of the Kyrgyz Republic is a civil servant occupying the highest administrative state position and is equal in legal status to the first deputy head of the state body.
The position of state secretary is permanent, irremovable in connection with the resignation or dismissal of the head of a state body.
