Capitals of Uzbekistan, India resume air service

Tashkent, Feb. 23, 2021. / Kabar /. Starting on March 5, Uzbekistan Airways resumes regular flights on the Tashkent - Delhi - Tashkent route, the press service of the Uzbek national airline said.

The flight will be operated twice a week: on Tuesdays and Fridays.

From March 16, 2020 Uzbekistan has suspended passenger traffic with other countries due to threat of COVID-19 spread.

However, air servicd between the states is being gradually restored. In particular, in January, Uzbekistan Airways resumed regular flights to Tajikistan, and in September last year - to Belarus, Turkey, UAE, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
