Car accident in Bishkek kills 4 people, 2 others injured

Bishkek, Feb.12, 2020. /Kabar/. A traffic accident occurred in Ak-Ordo residential area on Feb. 11 at about 10:00 p.m., the press service of the General Directorate of Road Safety said on Wednesday.

Premier Nissan, driven by 31-year-old driver, crossed into the oncoming lane, and collided with BMV-523, driven by 19-year-old driver.

As a result of the collision both drivers were killed, also 1 passenger in each car died on the spot from the injuries. One of the passengers who died was 19-year-old girl. The identity of the other passenger is being clarified.

In addition, two other passengers were hospitalized in the hospital.

This fact was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes and Misdemeanors.

The materials were handed over to the Bishkek Internal Affairs Department’s Accident Investigation Service. The relevant expertise has been assigned.
