CEC receives 8 applications for running for presidency

Bishkek, June 29 / Kabar /. The Central Election Commission received 8 applications from citizens intending to run for president of the country.

The press service of the CEC reports that 7 of them are self-nominees, and only one is ex-Prime Minister Temir Sariev was nominated by his party.

Thus, among the applicants are Nazarkul Nyshanov, leader of the party "Pure Patriots of Kyrgyzstan"; Omurbek Tekebaev, leader of the Ata Meken party”; Arstanbek Abdyldayev, director of Aurdin LLC; Bakyt Degenbaev, chairman of the Association of Bishkek Representative of Maro; Rita Karasartova Director of the Public Institute " Public Analysis", Sainidin Sultanidinov head of the Bishkek office of the Latvian firm "Maro" (Latvia), Kamila Sharshekeeva provost (vice-rector) of the International University of Central Asia and former Prime Minister Temir Sariev.
