Ceremony of taking oath by new members of Government

Bishkek, Feb.20, 2020. /Kabar/. A ceremony of swearing-in of newly appointed members of the Government was held today, Feb.20 during the session of the Jogorku Kenesh (Kyrgyz Parliament).

Deputy Prime Ministers Erkin Asrandiyev and Akram Madumarov and new Minister of Emergency Situations Zamir Askarov took the oath.

President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov is attending the session of the Parliament.

The President is expected to address the session of the Parliament, where he will focus on current issues of the country's development and strengthening harmony in society.

Note that in accordance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the President in entitled to address the session of the Jogorku Kenesh.
