Chairmanship in CCTS moves to Kyrgyzstan from Kazkahstan

Cholpon-Ata, Sept.3, 2018. / Kabar /. President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev handed over the chairmanship in the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries (CCTS) to President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov.

Opening the summit, which started this morning at the Rukh Ordo cultural center in Cholpon-Ata resort town, he noted the importance of this organization and wished success to his colleague during his presidency in it.

Jeenbekov thanked for the expressed support and warmly welcomed the participants of the summit, and also highlighted the importance of participation in the dialogue as honorable guests of Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
