Bishkek, April 16, 2024 / Kabar/. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan and the Xi'an Council for the Development of International Trade (China) signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation, the press service of the Chamber of Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The heads of the two organizations, Temir Sariev and Ran Honbin, discussed the prospects for increasing trade and economic relations between the two countries. Xi'an is an important hub port city, initiating the implementation of the idea of ​​restoring the ancient Silk Road, put forward by Chinese President Xi Jinping.

In addition, a business forum was held, in which more than a hundred entrepreneurs actively participated. Representatives of Kyrgyz business presented the economic potential of the country and answered all the questions that interested their Chinese colleagues. Chinese business has shown interest in the energy, logistics, and sales of Chinese cars in Kyrgyzstan.
