Charity action in honor of Chingiz Aitmatov held in Turkey

Bishkek, Jan. 9, 2021 / Kabar /. The Turkish charitable organization "General Mutual Assistance" organized in Istanbul the distribution of food for those in need in memory of the Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aitmatov under the slogan "Aitmatov is the common heritage of the Turkic world”.

The action was held in one of the central districts of the Turkish metropolis - Fatihe, reaching over 1,500 homeless and unemployed residents of the city.

The General Secretary of the Issyk-Kul Forum named after Chingiz Aitmatov Assol Moldokmatova sent greetings to the participants of the Good Action, where she said that great writer Chingiz Aitmatov created a philosophy of thought, spirituality and goodness.

“It is wonderful that Turkey has followers of the unique philosophy of bright souls who care about their neighbors. The whole world is experiencing a crisis, but not a crisis of warmth,” Moldokmatova said thanking every participant of the charity action.
